He Won!!

Layton came in first place playing Mario Kart last night. Neither of these shots is very good, but you can see that he was wearing his batman shirt (A Kat in Hat Design) while winning his game. I am looking forward to the weekend. We are having a birthday party for my mom. I will try to remember to take some photos to post. Later...

Crazy Clothes and Games...

Ella tries really hard to dress herself. She just doesn't understand the concept of matching.

Layton is still obsessed with the Wii...especially Mario Kart.

Sick. The children have successfully given all of their germs to me. Blah!

Just had to check out Hadley. She and Ella are both sick. They are watching a movie on the floor of my office.

Sick Child and the Ham...

Ella hasn't been feeling well the last few days. She has had a fever. She has also gotten attached to Layton's pillow. On the opposite side of the spectrum, Layton is a complete ham.

My Valentine...

Jay and I went to Nashville for Valentine's weekend. We stayed at the Union Station hotel; it was lovely. It is an old train station that has been converted to a hotel. The rooms are great, and the view is fabulous. We ate dinner on Valentine's day at the Watermark. It was one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. I didn't know what everything on the menu was, but it was sooooooo good. It was nice to have a weekend away.

Hadley made glasses out of her wikki stix at Zaxby's. I thought she did a good job. Ella loves costumes...even if it is just pink vampire teeth. Layton. Ah Layton. He loves to pose for a picture.

Rock Out!

Recently, my friend Cody brought his rock game for the Wii over. Please excuse me for not knowing what it is called. Hadley loved it!! She played the guitar, and the other children took turns singing and using the other guitar. It was a really good time. Pardon the appearance of the photos attached, but they are from my cell phone. I wish the quality was a little better. :) I also thought I should let everyone see what happens to Layton's head every time he has fun. It's like his head cannot help but bump into everything in sight! At least we haven't had a ct scan in a while....

Full Service...

Do you remember when gas stations were full service? I miss the days of having someone else put the gas in my car...especially on cold days. :)
