Most of the time, I don't think of Layton as anything but a sweet, little man. There are times though when I become acutely aware of the manliness in the future.
For example.
I buy Layton the cutest little underpants from the GAP. There are several reason we buy those for him even though they are a little bit pricey. The most important reason is that he needs quality underpants that will hold up to an insane amount of washing. If you know us in real life, you understand why. :) The waistband has the logo on it.
Layton unexpectedly spent the night with the hubs parents recently. They keep a change of clothes for him at their house, so we didn't bother taking a bag of fresh clothes. When we picked him up and got home with him, the little man was giving me big snuggles and hugs and kisses. He was sitting in my lap being adorable when he showed me that his underwear was inside out. That's right. The cute logo was facing his belly instead of being on the outside.
He showed me this because he didn't have a clean pair of underwear at the grandparents house, so he turned his dirty pair inside out.
Seriously.
How manly and gross is that?!?!?!?! Just like a man!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAAA!!
