Inside nets designed to keep children inside, fun comes out. They jump and bounce and grin more than they have in ages. I smile and watch and think about how there were no nets when I was their age. I fell off more than one trampoline. None of which belonged to my family. I was, of course, convinced I was going to die. Just ask my brother or sister. Our mother ended every sentence (every sentence to tell us no) with, "...and you'll die."
