Ella and Layton's school has one fundraiser a year. It is called the Fun Run. Layton takes this event very serious. He ran and ran and ran. He ran 13 laps on the big track. It might not sound like much, but it is equivalent to 39 laps on the little track. This is a HUGE amount for Layton. To give you a better idea of how awesome it was for little man to run this far, Ella only did 7 laps on the big track. If he hadn't gotten hot and in need of a water break, I think he would have run several more laps.
Ella was more interested in doing the minimum number of laps and getting the snack.
She was also interested in having her picture made. She had on her absolute favorite shirt that we got from "Missus Genny B" as Ella would say.
Overall, the two littles did great. They raised over $100 and looked adorable doing it. :)
