Missing...

This is my little cousin, Alina. She is missing a tooth and couldn't wait to show me the spot where a tooth used to be. Totally cracked me up!!

No, You Cannot Have a Cat...

The farm cat had kittens. Three. The kids gave them crazy names like Raven, Moonlight, and something or another. Jay called them breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Ha!

Anyway, Hadley and Ella really, really, really want to bring one to our house. I told Ella no.

You see, Ella is allergic to cats. Every time she plays with one, she starts sneezing like crazy. Her nose runs, and she rubs her eyes non-stop.

Yet.

She still wants to bring one home.

I'm A Sucker...

...for this little face...

I Was GaGa First...

This is Charsy. She is my oldest niece. When my baby sister was actually a baby, she couldn't say Amanda. She called me DaDa. Say is like Ahhhhh. DahhhhDahhhh. Not like DaaaaDaaaa. Does that make sense? Anyways, I always said that when I had nieces or nephews, I wanted for them to call me DaDa like she did.

When this cutie came along....

...she took it one step further than DaDa. She called me GaGa. I thought it was hilarious and great and adorable...all at the same time! Then, this Lady GaGa person came about and has been trying to steal my GaGa mojo. True, I don't wear meat for dresses or tie my hair in a bow on top of my head, but I definitely put my paws up on a regular basis. :)

The Girl of a Thousand Faces...

The funny faces never stop with this one. She is a most interesting little person. I have no doubt that she will do amazing things in her life.

What a Good Sport?...

Cody is so good with my children. He lets them climb all over him. He lets Layton boss him around and poke at him.
Just picture the look of annoyance on his face.

Even though he was probably tired of letting the children work him over all day, he still let Layton poke at his ears and thumb wrestle.

Happiness Everywhere...

Happiness is everywhere in the Summer. It doesn't take much to make a little man smile.

She Wanted to Start a Fire...

...and I didn't have the heart to tell her this wouldn't really work the way she was doing it. :)

Why Bother?...

Why bother using your hands or a pair of scissors to open a package when you can use your teeth?
