I'm considering the same thing. I think you've really "made it" as a blogger when you have a giveaway. I don't have a suggestion on the actual item, but I did read on another blog about using Random.org for the drawing. I've never tried it, but it seems easier than writing down all your subscribers and drawing out of a hat!
